How we source
We are an independent reseller. We are not a manufacturer and we are not anyone's exclusive channel, which means the part we recommend is the part that fits your system rather than the one carrying this quarter's incentive.
Every line we list carries its manufacturer part number, so what you order is what arrives, and its condition is stated plainly on the product page: new or refurbished. Our warranty terms, and what we do when a claim is needed, are set out on our Warranty page.
Hard to find and end of life
A supplier is only useful when the part is no longer on the shelf. Send us a manufacturer part number, a model or a specification and we will source it and come back with price and lead time, including end-of-life and legacy parts held outside normal distribution.

Manufacturer warranty on new parts, a 30-day Nextronix warranty on refurbished, and 30-day returns. If a claim is needed, we run it.

And individuals and IT professionals ordering one or two parts. Both get the same stock, the same sourcing and the same specialists.
