Nextronix Systems warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below. This warranty applies to all products sold by Nextronix Systems. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any applicable rights under US federal or state consumer protection law.

New product manufacturer warranties
New products may carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Contact us before or after purchase for specific warranty information on any product, and we will confirm the applicable coverage.
2. What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal and intended use conditions, where the product fails to operate as described at the time of sale.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Accidental damage including physical impact, liquid damage, or power surges
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or installation by an unqualified third party
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Use outside the product's stated operating specifications
- Damage caused by incompatible hardware, software, or operating environments
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email sales@nextronixsystems.com with your order number and a clear description of the defect.
- We may request photos, videos, or additional diagnostic information to assess the claim.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange collection.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the agreed remedy within 10 business days.
Do not return any item without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
5. Warranty Remedies
If a product is confirmed as defective under this warranty, Nextronix Systems will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product to working condition, or
- Replace the product with an equivalent item of equal or greater value, or
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price
We aim to resolve all valid warranty claims within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE AND ANY RIGHTS PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE US FEDERAL OR STATE LAW, NEXTRONIX SYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. NEXTRONIX SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
