These Terms of Sale govern your use of nextronixsystems.com and any purchase of products from Nextronix Systems. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Nextronix Systems is a US-based independent IT hardware reseller operating under the laws of the United States. We specialize in enterprise servers, networking equipment, surveillance storage, end-of-life hardware, and hard-to-find IT components for businesses, government organizations, educational institutions, and IT professionals.

2. Product Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any product. Some products are sourced to order. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product page or confirmed within 1 business day of your order.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local tax regulations. Tax-exempt organizations (schools, government bodies, non-profits) must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase. Contact us at sales@nextronixsystems.com to arrange.

4. Payment and Security

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed securely via Stripe
• Purchase Orders (POs): accepted from corporations, public and private school systems, government organizations, colleges, universities, libraries, and other institutional buyers. Contact us to arrange PO processing.

All payments are processed in USD. Payment data is handled by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. All transactions are protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The final order total includes applicable shipping fees, taxes, and other charges, all displayed clearly before order confirmation. For international orders, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Nextronix Systems is not responsible for these charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and carrier information. We are not liable for:

• Carrier-caused delays outside our reasonable control
• Delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions

8. Promotional Codes and Gift Certificates

• Valid for the period and products specified at the time of issue
• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Nextronix Systems reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired certificates

9. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Nextronix Systems. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a pricing error has occurred. A full refund will be issued promptly in such cases. If you need to modify or cancel an order after placement, contact us immediately at sales@nextronixsystems.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee this once fulfillment has begun.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws and import regulations when purchasing from Nextronix Systems.

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Nextronix Systems or its respective licensors and is protected under US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

No brand affiliation. Nextronix Systems is an independent reseller. Brand names are used solely to identify the products we sell. We make no claim of authorized dealership or official brand partnership unless explicitly stated on the product page.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
